All rates are per-night, plus 7.25% transient Accommodations Tax (TAT) and 4.166% Genreal Excise Tax (GET).

*a security deposit of $750 is required at time of booking

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelled 90 days prior to arrival, $500 withheld from reservation fees.
Full balance plus cleaning fee is due 90 days prior to arrival, non-refundable.
If cancelled within 90 days, NO REFUND UNLESS RE-RENTED.
Seven night minimum stay.
CLEANING
Pre-arrival: Complimentary - Owner Pays.
Mid-Week: $175 + Tax , required if staying longer than 14 nights.
Check-out: $450 + Tax, excess may be deducted from security.
Optional Maid Service, $40 per person per hour
