RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT:
Early reservations are advisable and a deposit of 30% of total cost is required for confirmation of travel arrangements. Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
RATES AND FARES:
All prices stated are based on rates of currency exchange valid at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice and depending on special requests or services. The owners reserve the right to increase the prices shown herein or to amend the listed itinerary based on inclement weather or changes occurring beyond their control.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you cancel for any reason, the following cancellation fees apply:
Up to and including 90 days prior to arrival: 30% deposit becomes non-refundable
Final Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover loss due to cancellation, baggage loss or damage and medical fees.
AMENDMENTS:
A minimum amendment fee of US$50 will be charged per person if any amendments are made once a booking has been confirmed.
COSTS INCLUDED IN YOUR VACATION PRICE:
- Arrival and departure transfers from Cherbourg Train Station, unless arriving by own car
- Air-conditioned transportation to all off-site events and excursions
- 6 night stay at Manoir du Frene
- All Meals & beverages, including French wine from the wine cellar, from Dinner on Sunday night to Breakfast on Saturday morning
- All activities specified in your unique itinerary
COSTS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR VACATION PRICE:
- Meals, other than specified.
- Airport departure taxes.
- Travel insurance
- Wines, spirits, other than specified, or any other item of a personal nature.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Don and JoAnn Baker do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay to person or property due to an act of negligence of or default of any restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour, or by act of God.
Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, quarantine, government restraints, weather or other causes beyond their personal control. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions, delays, rerouting, or acts of any government or authority.
